“Brez glutena“ v več jezikih / “Gluten Free” in Multiple Languages
Zakaj je pomembno poznati izraz „brez glutena“ v več jezikih?
V današnjem globaliziranem svetu se ljudje pogosto selijo, potujejo ali kupujejo izdelke iz različnih držav. Za bolnike s celiakijo je ključnega pomena, da jasno in hitro prepoznajo izdelke brez glutena, da se izognejo morebitnim zdravstvenim težavam in zapletom.
Še vedno je najbolj varno izbrati izdelke z registriranim AOECS znakom Prečrtan žitni klas, za katere v Republiki Sloveniji skrbi Slovensko društvo za celiakijo (SDC). V primeru, da le-ti niso na voljo, je priporočljiv vsaj zapis “brez glutena” na izdelku.

Why is it important to know the term “gluten free” in multiple languages?

It is still safest to choose products bearing the registered AOECS Crossed Grain Trademark, which in the Republic of Slovenia is managed by the Slovenian Celiac Society (SDC). If these products are not available, it is recommended at least to have the “gluten free” label on the product.
